Nosso objetivo é criar uma rede de troca interativa que reúna profissionais e estudantes interessados em discutir o tema do acesso à justiça. Especialmente, aqueles ligados a formas alternativas e visões inovadoras acerca do acesso à justiça e, em consequência, o acesso à direitos. Interessa-nos pensar o acesso à justiça em seu sentido formal e material e trazer à tona todas as questões que a ele são subjacentes.

Nesse site permitimos o acesso à nosso material de pesquisa e a certos artigos produzidos sobre o tema, outros estão, por enquanto, disponíveis apenas sobre de forma impressa pela regras da publicação. Nosso objetivo é disponiibilizar o máximo de material possível promovendo aqui um ambiente de troca no qual todos possam enviar e acessar novos textos, divulgar eventos, opinar sobre metodologia, indicar bibliografia, e especialmente conversar sobre o tema que nos une.

Temos realizado duas pesquisas sobre o tema. Uma está finalizada e baseou sua análise empírica na cidade do Rio de Janeiro e ao estudo em comunidades vulneráveis assim indicadas pelo IARqv (Índice de Acesso À Recursos de Qualidade de Vida). A outra encontra-se em execução e analisa o tema em três países Índia, Brasil e África do Sul e neles se busca dados sobre comunidades específicas com acesso mais restrito que o comun ao sistema de justiça e a efetivação de direitos.

No momento, o site disponibliza apenas o nosso material. Esperamos que possam aproveitá-lo. Além disso, estamos aguardando ansiosamente a colaboração de cada um/a!! Naveguem por nossos tópicos e participem enviando sua contribuição sobre o ponto que mais lhe interessar.

Esse site tem por objetivo maior criar uma rede de contatos com todos e todas que tenham interesse nos assuntos aos quais nos dedicamos. Portanto, pedimos que nos deixem comentários ou nos mandem emails com qualquer contribuição, dúvida ou mesmo apenas nos escreva para dizer o porquê do seu interesse no assunto.

Our goal is to create a network that provides interactive trade, and that unites professionals and students interested in discussing access to justice. Especially, those related, in some way, to alternative and innovative visions about access to justice, and consequently, the access to rights. We are interested in thinking about access to justice in its formal and material sense, and bring to light all of the questions that surround it.

In this website, we allow the user to access to research material and certain articles produced about this topic, while others are just available on a printed format, because of publishing rules. Our goal is to make available as much material as we can, promoting an environment of trade, in which we can send and access articles, publicize events, discuss methodology, indicate bibliographies, and especially, talk about the theme that brings us together.

We have been involved in two researches on this topic. One of them is being finished, and was based on an empirical analysis of the city of Rio de Janeiro and on a study made on vulnerable communities indicated by the IARqv (Access to life quality resources rate). The second one is still being done, and analyses the theme in three countries: India, Brazil and South Africa. We have been researching information on specific communities with restricted access to justice in these countries.
